Jiangsu Maker Biotechnology Co., Ltd., formerly Zhenjiang Rita Bioengineering Equipment Co., Ltd., was founded in 2008. It is a "production, learning, and research" enterprise formed by Jiangsu University, a national high-tech enterprise, a Jiangsu Province small and medium-sized technology-based enterprise, and a Jiangsu Province technology-based private enterprise. It mainly engages in the research, development, and undertaking of fermentation engineering construction of microbial fermentation complete sets of equipment, solid-state material fermentation complete sets of equipment, and photosynthetic reaction complete sets of equipment, and provides users with "turnkey" services including design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning, after-sales service, and guidance training. Products are widely used in synthetic biology, biopharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical intermediates, food additives, health products, medical beauty raw materials, biofertilizers and feeds, energy and environmental protection, etc. Nearly a thousand sets of fermentation equipment have been provided to more than 20 provinces and cities across the country. It has successively obtained more than 40 national patents, including "edible fungus liquid seed fermentation device" (ZL200520073105.6), "edible fungus liquid deep fermentation temperature control system based on cascade PID algorithm" (ZL201520470823.0), "vertical solid-state material fermentation device" (ZL 201120012056.0), "solid-state material fermentation device" (ZL 201120045314.5), "photosynthetic reaction fermentation device" (ZL201120013399.9), and "liquid fermentation defoaming device" (ZL 2011200147654.1).
